Did you know that the gut is ruler over the rest of your body? It's true. If you are experiencing skin problems it's important to do a check of your gut health and see if that needs some work. It sounds really gross but sometimes a backed up colon can present as skin rashes and bumps. If you clear up your colon you can clear up your skin. You can do that by taking a good probiotic and enzymes to help your body digest foods better. These are two of my favorite options, click here for probiotics and here for enzymes. Taking enzymes with your meals helps to break down the food making it easier to digest.
