Power Bites

These little power bites make the perfect snack for both little people and big people. They are packed with nutrients and healthy ingredients while also satisfying that sweet tooth without any guilt. You can change the recipe up from time to time by swapping out nut butters, chia seeds for flax seed, and raisins instead of cranberries. Have fun with them.


Ingredients:

1 cup finely shredded coconut, divided

1 cup almond butter

1 cup cranberries

1/2 cup raw honey

1/2 tsp salt

2 TBS chia seeds

3 drops wild orange essential oil (optional but adds a slight orange flavor to it and helps with energy)


Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into mixer except for half cup shredded coconut.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Roll into balls and coat in the other half cup of shredded coconut.

  4. Place in the refrigerator.

    Eat as a snack or when you need an extra boost of energy.
